Ms. Woodall has handled intellectual property disputes for more than two decades in venues across the country, including matters before the International Trade Commission and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Her practice encompasses the full spectrum of IP law, from complex litigation and damages mitigation to counseling clients on product clearance and market analysis.

 

Ms. Woodall has also managed substantial trademark prosecution and copyright matters, as well as IP licensing and commercial litigation relating to software and internet technologies.

 

Ms. Woodall previously served as a legal and business strategy consultant for a healthcare technology start-up, advising on fundraising and IP strategy. Her leadership in the legal community includes chairing the Enterprising Women’s Series in Houston, where she focused on networking for female business leaders and corporate counsel.

 

After graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law, Ms. Woodall built a reputation for decisive advocacy in federal and state courts across the United States. She is fluent in French, providing an additional layer of service for international intellectual property matters and cross-border disputes.
