Mr. Anaipakos has tried cases for both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of patent matters and complex business cases for nearly three decades. Mr. Anjom, Mr. McBride, and Mr. Clark have represented clients for more than a decade in U.S. and international jurisdictions, including Germany and China. Mr. Anjom and Mr. McBride previously worked in the technology industry as electrical engineers. Mr. Clark holds a degree in chemical engineering, and he formerly worked as a management consultant for one of the world’s largest information technology companies.

Mr. Anjom provides extensive experience in patent and intellectual property litigation throughout the nation, as well as matters before the International Trade Commission and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also represents clients in software licensing, trademark, and copyright issues.
