He has also prosecuted multiple patents involving wireless and telecommunications technologies, petrochemicals, semiconductors, and solar cells. Clients across various industries have called on Mr. Jugle to manage international patent prosecutions.

Before joining Alavi and Anaipakos, Mr. Jugle focused on patent disputes at the boutique intellectual property firm AZA and the AmLaw 100 firm Baker Botts.

A former engineer at Dow Chemical Company, he earned his law degree from Harvard Law School after completing his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

  • Represented telecommunications equipment manufacturer and wireless carrier in patent infringement lawsuits in the Eastern District of Texas and participated in preparation of inter partes review petitions with multiple co-defendants, resulting in invalidation of several asserted patents.

  • Represented telecommunications equipment manufacture and wireless carriers in patent infringement lawsuit in the District of Delaware. The case was dismissed at the summary judgment stage.

  • Represented telecommunications equipment manufacturer in patent infringement lawsuit in the Eastern District of Texas. The case settled favorably after a jury finding of non-infringement against a co-defendant.
