The publishers of the 2026 Chambers USA guide to the country’s top attorneys are recognizing experienced trial lawyers Amir Alavi, Demetrios Anaipakos, and the entire team at Houston’s Alavi Anaipakos for their work in significant intellectual property lawsuits.
Mr. Alavi, Mr. Anaipakos, and the firm have continued to earn selections in the annual Chambers guide since Alavi Anaipakos was launched four years ago. Since then, the firm has continued to build its deep bench of trial-tested attorneys while taking on some of the world’s largest companies and law firms.

Earlier this year, Alavi Anaipakos helped Arkansas-based Safe Foods win a crucial ruling before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., that upheld an earlier court decision that the firm won on the company’s behalf in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Mr. Alavi led the firm’s work for Safe Foods with fellow firm attorneys Scott Clark and Steve Jugle.
