The experienced trial lawyers at Alavi Anaipakos are welcoming accomplished intellectual property attorney Brian L. Jackson as Of Counsel.
Mr. Jackson joins the firm’s team with a long track record of guiding high-stakes patent strategies in federal courts nationwide, including prior roles as an intellectual property partner at one of the country’s largest law firms and the leader of a patent licensing and enforcement program spanning the global automotive industry.

In addition to his trial expertise, Mr. Jackson has successfully handled critical matters before the International Trade Commission and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for clients in a diverse array of industries.
Leveraging his degree in electrical engineering and experience in the Advanced Design Group for American aerospace giant McDonnell Douglas Corporation, Mr. Jackson delivers elite technical acumen in every matter he handles. Prominent technology and energy companies routinely rely on his decisive leadership to resolve their most complex intellectual property disputes.
Mr. Jackson manages patent infringement lawsuits from pre-filing through trial and appeal, including prior work in technologies ranging from semiconductor chip manufacturing and server technology to acetic acid catalysts, among many others.
Mr. Jackson is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as numerous federal district courts in Texas and across the country. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and his engineering degree from Rice University.
