Three experienced trial attorneys from Alavi Anaipakos have again been recognized among the state’s best in the latest Texas Super Lawyers rankings. Amir Alavi, Demetrios Anaipakos, and Brian Simmons are recognized on the 2026 list for their success in high-stakes intellectual property trials and significant business disputes.
Each honoree from Alavi Anaipakos has appeared in the annual Texas Super Lawyers rankings for several years following nominations from other attorneys and an independent review of case results and nominees’ backgrounds. Less than 5 percent of eligible lawyers earn spots each year.
Mr. Alavi and Mr. Anaipakos have been named two of Texas’s top attorneys for patent cases and business owner disputes since the first Super Lawyers list debuted over 20 years ago. Mr. Simmons marks his third straight selection after prior rankings in the companion Rising Stars list of leading young lawyers.
“It’s always nice to be recognized for what we do by the same lawyers who have gone up against us in court,” says Mr. Anaipakos. “We have had an incredible year working on some really important cases, with even more in store for 2027.”
The recent professional recognition for the Alavi Anaipakos trio comes as the firm continues to build its deep bench of trial lawyers with the additions of Amanda Woodall and Brian L. Jackson.
